Here's the flow:

Australian business (the client) → has business needs (accounting, admin, customer service, IT, marketing, etc.) → works with ShoreAgents → ShoreAgents recruits and employs a Filipino professional → that professional is dedicated to supporting the client's business from our office in Clark.

You are employed by ShoreAgents. Your work is dedicated to one specific client. In practice, you function like part of that client's team — just based here in the Philippines.

What This Means for You Day-to-Day

Your daily working relationship is primarily with your Australian client. They direct your work, set your priorities, communicate what they need, and give you feedback. They're effectively your functional manager.

ShoreAgents' role is to:

• Handle your employment — contract, payroll, benefits, compliance
• Support your HR needs — leave, welfare, concerns, workplace issues
• Manage the client relationship at the commercial level
• Provide your office environment and infrastructure
• Support your performance and growth

Understanding Your Client Relationship

This is probably the most important thing to understand about how ShoreAgents works: your performance directly impacts your client's business.

• Handle any commercial or relationship concerns that are above your pay grade

Think of your Account Manager as a professional bridge. If your client relationship runs smoothly, you may not interact with them often. If there's ever a challenge — workload, communication issues, unclear expectations — they're the person to involve.

You don't need to manage the commercial relationship with your client. That's not your job. Your job is to deliver excellent work and maintain a professional working relationship. The Account Manager handles the rest.

How Performance Is Evaluated

Performance at ShoreAgents is typically assessed through two lenses:

Client feedback — How satisfied is your client with your work? Are you meeting their expectations? Are they reporting issues or praising your output?

ShoreAgents standards — Are you meeting attendance requirements, following workplace policies, communicating professionally, and upholding the company's standards of conduct?
